The series is set to get underway on February 13 and, this time around, the star attraction will be a $5 million main event.

However, in the spirit of offering something for everyone, Millions Online will feature more than 25 side events as well as dozens of satellites.

Millions Online is Back for Third Installment

Partypoker’s Millions Online broke multiple records last year and the organizers are hoping to do even better in 2021. Qualifiers for the main event start at $0.01 and there will be plenty of pathways into every tournament.

A mini version of the $5,300 main event has been added to the line-up this year. It will cost $1,100 to enter and carry a $1 million guarantee.

But, like it’s bigger brother, the mini main event will also be preceded by a plethora of satellites. That means it should feature a mixture of pros and novices.

In total, there will be 28 Millions Online events between February 13 and March 9. Outside of the main events, Partypoker has put together a solid selection of side action.

As well as mega high roller costing $100,000, there will be turbos, knockouts, and Omaha options.

Partypoker Looking to Continue Positive Run

While the schedule is clearly aimed at pros, members of Team Partypoker are confident there will be one or two underdog stories this year.

“Recently, we’ve seen numerous people qualify for huge events for as little as $0.01 and win life-changing amounts. Millions Online is always an amazing tournament and any player with a bankroll of $0.01 or more should get ready,” said Partypoker Ambassador Patrick Leonard.

Although many would argue that GGPoker was the breakout star of 2020, Partypoker also put in a strong performance.

When live tournaments were being cancelled because of COVID-19 restrictions, it stepped up and provided a digital home for multiple tour operators.

Millions is its own creation. This, coupled with the fact it’s riding high from last year’s efforts, should put Partypoker in a strong position.

Indeed, with PokerStars’ hold over the industry slipping, it may be time for a new site to rise up and become the industry leader. If Millions Online goes well, that new site could be Partypoker.
